Matters attention with using directional control valves
1.Please confirm directional control vavle nominal pressure,nominal flow and spool function.
2.Please make attention not to damage  the spool when be carried ,assembled and stored.
3.Please make sure mounting plate and holder strength,to assmble the correct position.
4.Please make the spool smooth when assmeble the handle.
5.Should Take shock absorption steps used by heavy shock machine.
6.Please avoid welding slag to damage O type seal ring , dust ring and function parts when welding on the machine.
7.Make working oil clear, oil accuracy requirement can not greater than 10μm, The highest oil pollution levels: GB/T14039之19/16 Oil viscosity range: 10~400mm2/s Temperature range should be  controled:-20~80℃.
8.Correct assembling inlet, outlet parts. It is strictly prohibited to: outlet parts into high pressure oil, in order to avoid damage the body. System pipeline shoulds not be too thin  to increase the pressure loss from a system calorification.
9.The period of validity of  Our products within six months, manufacturing quality problem and produce damage, can not work normally, the use of a complete record, our factory is responsible for free for the user for repair or replacement.
